CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelling or rescheduling appointments within 24hrs of the appointment time will be charged accordingly:
Reschedule Fee: $25 | Cancellation/No Show Fee: 50% of Service Total
Credit cards are required at the time of booking to hold appointments and a 50% deposit is required to hold your appointment.
Rescheduling and cancelling appointments up to 24 hours in advance will be accommodated without fees. Any cancellations and reschedules will be subject to the fees as stated above.
Please be understanding that by booking an appointment with us, our time is specially reserved for you. We kindly ask that clients arrive to appointments early or on time to ensure we are able to accommodate your full service.
Tardiness may result in a partial service or cancellation of the appointment due to time constraints with no refunds or change to the original ticket price.
We understand that things come up and will do our best to accommodate your services upon arrival.
